Established in the U.A.E. in the year 1983, we began trading solely as an Air-conditioning Installation and Maintenance Contracting Company. Based on our early success and in order to reflect the trend of offering an integrated Building Engineering Services package, Sensaire Services LLC expanded to become a true Building Services Engineering Contractor. Continuous review and development allows us to keep pace with the ever-changing contracting market.

Sensaire Services LLC executes all services systems: HVAC, public health, fire fighting, electrical, fire alarm and low-current systems, building automation and monitoring systems. We have successfully performed installations in all types of buildings including villas, hospitals, hotels, palaces, colleges, shopping malls, and offices. In addition to this we have successfully executed large scale district cooling projects.

With a need to remain competitive and, at the same juncture, enhance the quality of its services, Sensaire Services LLC employs full 'in-house' design and engineering teams, utilizing the latest in hardware and CAD software. We also possess an advanced computerised system that will provide a seamlessly integrates all our departments and streamlines our operations and move us nearer our goal of a paperless office with added benefit for the environment. Sensaire Services LLC undertakes its contracts by the full utilisation of its own resources; sub-contracting is limited to the exacting requirements of specific projects.

Sensaire Services LLC operates from the Office located in Al Garhoud, Dubai. The company is organised on departmental lines with the following distinct departments providing central support to the decentralized project management teams on site including Contracts; Engineering; Purchase; Quality, Safety & Environment; Commercial; Estimation & Procurement; Finance & Accounts; HR & Administration; and IT.

This approach allows us to focus our core activities amongst closely knitted teams leaving the on-site teams to concentrate on the execution of the installation. Of course, specific contract requirements are catered for.
